Guy Ritchie's next movie, "In the Grey," starring Henry Cavill and Jake Gyllenhaal, now has an official release date. It's set to hit theaters on January 17, 2025. The movie also stars Eiza González and Rosamund Pike.
"In the Grey" is about a group operating between crime and the law, searching for stolen cash worth billions. The plot promises Ritchie's signature mix of humor and action.
The film reunites Cavill, Gyllenhaal, and González with Ritchie, and also features Rosamund Pike. González plays a high-level negotiator, while Cavill and Gyllenhaal play extraction specialists. Cavill expressed his excitement about working with Ritchie, Gyllenhaal, and González again, praising the creative environment Ritchie fosters on set.
Apart from "In the Grey," Ritchie has other projects in the works, including a WWII action comedy and "The Fountain of Youth," starring John Krasinski and Natalie Portman.
Ritchie has also found success on the small screen with "The Gentlemen" TV series, starring Theo James. A second season seems likely, given its popularity.
