About the Film
Based on Claire Keegan’s Booker Prize-nominated book, "Small Things Like These" is set in 1980s Ireland. Murphy plays Bill, a coal delivery driver who is quiet and a loving father. He discovers some disturbing events at a local convent, led by Sister Mary, played by Emily Watson. The film delves into dark themes as Bill faces his inner demons.
