Fighter, which recently premiered on Netflix, has broken the OTT viewership record of Animal. The action-packed aerial drama featuring Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor was released on Netflix on the 21st of March.
The film had crossed the Rs 200 crore at the domestic box office. It also garnered a viewership of 12.4 million views in just 10 days.
This feat made the movie, the fastest Bollywood flick to reach such high viewing figures, crossing the previous records set by Shah Rukh Khan's "Dunki" and Ranbir Kapoor's "Animal."
Hrithik Roshan-Siddharth Anand’s Third Collaboration
"Fighter" marks the third collaboration between Hrithik Roshan and director Siddharth Anand. The two have previously worked together in "Bang Bang" and "War." Siddharth Anand has also worked with Deepika Padukone in her 2007 hit movie, “Bachna Ae Haseeno”.

Cast Performances
Hrithik Roshan was an excellent choice for the role of Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania. He showed emotional range and was exceptional in the action sequences. Deepika Padukone impressed as the headstrong Meenal Rathore. Her chemistry with Hrithik was sizzling on screen. Anil Kapoor was the star of the movie, with a solid performance as Rocky. The supporting cast of Akshay Oberoi and Karan Singh Grover also contribute significantly to the film as Bash and Taj, respectively.
