1. Marvel Zombies – October 2025

The undead have taken over the MCU. This animated spin-off of What If follows zombified versions of iconic heroes and villains like Captain Marvel, Hawkeye, and even Scarlet Witch. This is Marvel’s first ever TV-MA rated show, and fans can expect a gruesome, action-packed story on Disney Plus.
2. Wonder Man – December 2025

Aquaman star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II enters the MCU as Simon Williams in this ambitious and unconventional series. With Ben Kingsley returning as Trevor Slattery and a comedy-drama tone under the eye of Andrew Guest, Wonder Man could be one of the most unique character studies Marvel has done.
3. Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 – March 2026

Daredevil is back for another round of brutal justice. Charlie Cox reprises his role, and with production in full swing, fans can expect an intense new season exploring Matt Murdock’s darker battles. It’s one of Marvel’s most grounded shows and continues to expand its street-level universe.
4. Spider-Man: Brand New Day – July 24, 2026

Tom Holland returns for his fourth solo film, now officially titled Brand New Day. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, this film may explore a new love interest for Peter Parker with Sadie Sink joining the cast. Zendaya’s return remains uncertain, but this is expected to be a major character reset.
5. Avengers: Doomsday – December 18, 2026

A major shake-up arrives as Robert Downey Jr. returns not as Iron Man but as Doctor Doom. Directed by the Russo Brothers, this new Avengers film will pit Marvel heroes against a villain unlike any before. Anthony Mackie returns as Captain America, and multiple universes could collide.
6. Avengers: Secret Wars – December 17, 2027

The ultimate Marvel crossover event. Secret Wars is expected to merge multiple timelines and realities, bringing together heroes and villains from across the MCU. The groundwork is already being laid through past films like Doctor Strange and Loki. Expect multiverse chaos at a scale never seen before.
7. Vision – 2026

Paul Bettany returns as the white version of Vision in a brand-new Disney Plus series. Helmed by Terry Matalas, this show will explore Vision’s quest for identity and purpose following the events of WandaVision. Development is moving steadily and casting announcements are already underway.
8. Black Panther 3 – TBC

Black Panther is coming back. With Denzel Washington reportedly joining the cast and Ryan Coogler working on ideas, expectations are high. While plot details are still under wraps, the emotional legacy of Chadwick Boseman will continue to shape this trilogy's final chapter.
9. Shang-Chi 2 – TBC

After the breakout success of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, a sequel is in development with Destin Daniel Cretton likely returning to direct. Expect more mythology, multiversal connections, and possibly a Ten Rings spin-off in the future.
10. Blade – TBC

Still in limbo, but not dead yet. Mahershala Ali is attached to play the vampire hunter, though the project has seen delays and rewrites. With Mia Goth on board and fan excitement still alive, Blade could still become a vital part of Marvel’s darker slate.
11. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2 – TBC

This animated series was renewed even before Season 1 premiered. Following the early years of Peter Parker, it promises to be a vibrant, youthful take on the superhero’s origin. Season 2 is already in development and may land sometime in 2026.
12. Armor Wars – TBC

Don Cheadle stars in this upgraded movie version of what was once a Disney Plus show. Armor Wars will tackle the consequences of Tony Stark’s tech falling into the wrong hands. Following Secret Invasion, this film will explore themes of legacy, responsibility, and redemption.
13. Wakanda Spin-off – TBC

Ryan Coogler is working on a Disney Plus series set in Wakanda. While the Okoye spin-off has been shelved, the larger project exploring different corners of Wakandan culture is still in development. Expect a rich, layered expansion of the Black Panther universe.
14. Nova – TBC

The fan-favorite cosmic hero is expected to enter the MCU soon. With Guardians of the Galaxy’s Xandar already destroyed in the timeline, Nova’s origin could tie directly into the larger galactic conflict. Whether it’s a series or movie, development is active.
15. Star-Lord Project – TBC

Chris Pratt is set to return as Star-Lord in a solo story. While no official format or director has been confirmed, Marvel teased his return in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 post-credit scene. It may take some time, but a Star-Lord adventure is definitely on the table.
16. X-Men – TBC

The most anticipated reboot of them all. With teases already planted in Ms Marvel and Deadpool, the mutants are finally coming to the MCU. Michael Lesslie is reportedly writing the script, but no casting or dates have been confirmed yet. It could arrive around 2028 or later.
