The story revolves around a henchman working for a local MLA in Vellore. He encounters a nurse who resembles his mother and forms a bond with her. He becomes her protector when goons threaten her and her family over their land. The movie also features Priya Bhavani Shankar, Yogi Babu, and Samuthirakani, with Gautham Menon making a special appearance.
The film's music is composed by National Award-winner Devi Sri Prasad, who has previously collaborated with Hari on movies like Aaru, Singam, and Venghai. The technical team includes cinematographer M Sukumar and editor TS Jay. Hari also wrote the dialogues for Rathnam.
